Return Policy

Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at sb1127poke@gmail.com to request a return and refund.

Cancellations can be requested before shipment, but please note that a 3% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charge incurred when the order is placed and will be deducted from your refund.

To cancel an order, email steezy@steezytcg.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER (order #)".
